GridHawk’s proprietary ticket and workforce management system is built from scratch to provide our customers with data in real time.
Keystone is a Microsoft-based platform with real-time billing, damage investigations, on-time performance metrics, and quality audits.
Smartphones are used to take pictures of every locate. Then photos are synced to each ticket in real-time using GPS coordinates of ticket, which clients can view. GridHawk is constantly making improvements to the Keystone Customer Portal providing real-time visibility to what our customers want to track.
